This Giveaway is sponsored by Advanced Marketing Synergies ("AMS"), located in La Habra, California.
Eligibility
The AMS Website Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Businesses, nonprofits, ministries, startups, entrepreneurs, and professionals are welcome to enter.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Advanced Marketing Synergies are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins upon publication of the official entry page and closes on:
Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter:
Complete the official AMS Website Giveaway entry form.
Submit all required information before the deadline.
Only one (1) entry per individual or organization is permitted unless otherwise authorized by AMS.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a professionally designed website provided by Advanced Marketing Synergies.
The website package may include:
Professional website design
Mobile-responsive layout
Basic on-page SEO setup
Contact form integration
Consultation and launch assistance
The approximate retail value of the prize is up to $2,500 USD.
The exact scope of the website will be determined by AMS based on the winner's needs and the project's complexity.
The prize does not include, unless specifically agreed to in writing:
Domain registration
Website hosting
Third-party software subscriptions
Premium stock photography
Logo design
Professional copywriting
E-commerce functionality
Custom programming
Ongoing maintenance
Additional revisions beyond the agreed project scope
Winner Selection
One eligible winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries received by the deadline.
The drawing will take place shortly after 3:00 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
The winner will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number provided during registration.
If the selected winner:
cannot be contacted,
is determined to be ineligible, or
declines the prize,
AMS reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Public Announcement
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Advanced Marketing Synergies permission to announce the winner's business or organization name and city for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
AMS may also showcase the completed website in its portfolio, marketing materials, website, and social media.
Marketing Communications
By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to receive communications from Advanced Marketing Synergies regarding this Giveaway and future marketing services, educational content, promotions, and special offers.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect eligibility for the Giveaway.
General Conditions
AMS reserves the right to:
verify eligibility;
disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process;
reject fraudulent or incomplete entries;
modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the promotion.
AMS's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Advanced Marketing Synergies, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
AMS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize beyond those expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be collected and used in accordance with the Advanced Marketing Synergies Privacy Policy and solely for administering the Giveaway, communicating with entrants, and providing marketing communications as described above.
AMS will not sell or intentionally disclose entrant information to unrelated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Giveaway.
Governing Law
This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.
